CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if proper notice is given. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us accommodate all clients effectively.
